Hello, I'm David Brownlee, a customer experience, communication, and leadership expert. As the CEO of The Brownlee Group, LLC, and the founder of the Rockstar Customer Service Training Program, I've dedicated my career to helping individuals and businesses thrive.
My journey has been shaped by diverse experiences, from being a two-time best-selling author with books like Rockstar Service and Rockstar Profits, to being featured in prestigious publications like Time Magazine and People Magazine. I've had the privilege of training over 2 million businesses and individuals through online courses, keynotes, live events, and coaching programs, ranging from small businesses to industry giants like Google and LinkedIn.
Before diving into entrepreneurship, I served as a business coach and seminar leader for Tony Robbins, conducting over 5,000 one-on-one coaching sessions. However, my path took a dramatic turn when I experienced a life-threatening event – being kidnapped at gunpoint while living in Central America. This harrowing experience shifted my perspective, igniting a passion for helping others and spreading kindness in the world.
I firmly believe that everyone deserves success, and each of us holds the power to create positive change through our interactions. It's about making a difference, one person at a time.
Today, I reside in San Diego, CA, with my wife and two children, cherishing every moment and opportunity to make a meaningful impact. Oh, and fun fact – I hold the title of the biggest winner in the history of the Hollywood Squares Game Show on CBS with Whoopi Goldberg.
